Engr. Shaikh Jamil Gul brings over 45 years of end-to-end experience in Pakistan’s power distribution sector. He served K-Electric as Director Distribution, Director System Engineering, and Advisor (Engineering & Construction), overseeing large-scale lossreduction programs, SAIFI/SAIDI improvement, network rehabilitation, and AMI initiatives. He has also served as Chairman of the Board, Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) and Board Member, QESCO, contributing at governance and policy levels. A recipient of the Governor of Sindh’s Pride of Performance Award, he provides Pulse Electrical Consultants with unmatched depth in system engineering, distribution planning, and board-level utility oversight.

Engr. Mohammad Rashid Hussain has 36+ years of service excellence in planning, execution, operations, and commercialization of electricity distribution networks, primarily with K-Electric. He has served as Regional Head (Director Distribution), General Manager IBC, and Head of Distribution Network Academy, leading landmark initiatives including Pakistan’s first Smart Grid and AMI pilot, SAP implementation, IBC transformation, and large-scale process digitalization. He has also served as Independent Director at HESCO and QESCO and currently supports World Bank–funded AMI and IT programs. At Pulse Electrical Consultants, he leads smart grid strategy, AMI programs, digital transformation, and institutional capacity building.

Engr. Iqbal Muhammad Shaikh has over 30 years of progressive experience in power distribution and utility management, primarily with K-Electric, where he rose from Assistant Executive Engineer to General Manager level roles. He has led Integrated Business Centers, regional coordination functions, system improvement initiatives, and reforms in new connection processing and consumer services across Karachi and Balochistan. His expertise includes distribution operations, demand management, loss reduction, and stakeholder coordination with provincial authorities. At Pulse Electrical Consultants, he advises on distribution performance improvement, IBC models, and operational optimization.
